My Story

After several years as a professional dancer, I followed the natural progression into the Fitness & Exercise Industry.  Working as a Fitness Instructor, Personal Trainer and running my own Studio in Battersea London.

After two daughters and a move to Switzerland, I continue my fitness teaching with even more awareness of the challenges that a busy home life can bring and the desire we all have to make sure we stay fit and healthy, not only for ourselves but for everyone in our lives.  

 

I have been training clients for over 10 years and during that time I have refined my fitness strategy to provide the best results, but more importantly, to do so, while having a lot of fun! I know that if you enjoy your workouts you are much more likely to stick with them and that is what Moyo Moves is all about!

Drawing upon my experience and background as a professional dancer, I provide creative and varied sessions that generate lasting results.

You won’t get bored of my classes so it will be easy for you to make my workouts part of your weekly routine!

Why "Moyo" ?

The meaning: "Heart" in Swahili- A Bantu language spoken in Africa.

I was born in South Africa and have had the most incredible years growing up in Botswana. 

Africa will always have a piece of my Moyo and now, so does my business,               

                               Moyo Moves.
