A fun fusion of cardio, pilates, flow sequences, promoting amazing endorphin highs and deep muscle burn you crave from a workout. Inspiring resilience and appreciation of your body as you simultaneously build strength and agility. 

Each class utilises simple movements to hone in and isolate specific muscle groups in the core, arms, hips and legs. Spend time building strength around mobile joints, which develops strong and supportive accessory muscles that improve stability, mobility and function. You will experience a fiery workout, accessible for all body types and fitness levels.

Achieve the stretch, strength and flexibility you’ve been searching for.

Activate, strengthen and tone your entire body using challenging, full body movements that isolate and engage your muscles throughout the body. Increase your mobility and reduce tension with beautiful sequenced flows, instruction and stretches. You’ll learn to move with freedom and ease as you explore and deepen your range of motion in a fun dynamic way.

I recognise that everyone is an individual and a bespoke personal training programme can really help to achieve your goals! 

Your exercise regime should be designed around you – your lifestyle, fitness goals and personal situation. My approach is focused on listening, with my work-out plans being led by your needs and availability. 

My Story

After several years as a professional dancer, I followed the natural progression into the Fitness & Exercise Industry.  Working as a Fitness Instructor, Personal Trainer and running my own Studio in Battersea London.

After two daughters and a move to Switzerland, I continue my fitness teaching with even more awareness of the challenges that a busy home life can bring and the desire we all have to make sure we stay fit and healthy, not only for ourselves but for everyone in our lives.
